• Negotiate contracts
• Construct billing procedures
• Attend hearings at the Environmental Control Board, Administrative Tribunal and Criminal Court
• Process applications at city agencies to operate establishments (i.e. Health Permits, Fire Department Permits, Alterations at Building Department, etc.)
• Renew licenses, expedite jobs at city agencies, conduct searches and surveys, etc.
• Provide consultation to clients, which consist of real estate and restaurant owners about laws and codes enforced by city agencies (Health Department, Fire Department, Building Department, Consumer Affairs, DEP, EPA, BUE, Department of Agriculture and Markets)
• Provide compliance for violations issued by City of New York, arrange inspections and conduct sanitary inspections and surveys
• Assist in re-opening restaurants closed by Health Department
